RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply change management model methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter’s theory, Lewin’s Change management model, …) to guide change management activities.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of the overall change process, build and perfect standards and templates to ensure consistency in change management.
  • Create products to ensure core change management plans including: Sponsor roadmap, Resistance management, Communication plan and Training & coaching.
  • Support change communication efforts: provide design recommendations, content to be developed, distributed and managed for key messages to be communicated for projects under strategic initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of change: Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Training Support: Provide input, documentation requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs required for required transformational competencies.
  • Coordinate with TMO Manager/Deputy to prioritize plans for change management.
  • Provide management reporting for all change activities within TMO and across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of how people experience change and the processes required for change.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to communicate messages clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to influence others and work toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in fluid situations.
  • Organizational skills with a penchant for strategic planning and identifying appropriate tactics.
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Certifications or credentials in the field of change management.
