RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business results: Responsible to the Board of Directors for the center’s business results including:
- Sales revenue.
- The number of student.
- Quality training and customer service.
- Indicators to evaluate the center’s performance.
- Center operating costs.
2. Enrollment management:
- Plan, monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly new enrollment and re-enrollment activities.
- Develop, organize and deploy offline enrollment channels for the center to improve enrollment efficiency.
- Look for other sources of collaboration to maximize new student enrollment and student re-enrollment
3. Customer care:
- Customer service management.
- Supervise the admissions and customer service teams to ensure professional service
- Handling customer feedback/complaints.
4. Center Operation:
- Supervise and ensure that operating procedures at the center are best implemented according to regulations.
- Supervise to ensure center staff comply with policies, procedures, instructions, and internal regulations.
- Control program quality according to procedures and regulations.
- Maintain good conditions of facilities and equipment; standard classrooms.
- Ensure the classroom environment and center operations are safe and consistent with standards according to the Company’s regulations and Vietnamese law.
5. Marketing activities management:
- Carry out marketing activities in the area: promotional events, social events at the center; target customer marketing; and customer care activities to ensure sales goals and market development.
- Coordinate with teachers and academic departments to organize extracurricular activities, activities for current students and new and potential customers.
6. Other management:
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to develop Business strategies.
- Develop and propose to the Board of Directors the Center’s short-term and long-term business plans.
- Recruiting staff within the center; Training and mentoring new employees; employee development. Manage the human resources system to ensure effective operations at the center.
- Build a friendly, professional and effective company culture and working environment.
- Complete reports: weekly, monthly or as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university in majors: Business Administration, economics, foreign languages, pedagogy, diplomacy.
- Have good management skills and at least 02 years of experience in a management position or equivalent.
- Has an enrollment management background.
- Understanding of the English training market and products.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work under high pressure.
