RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Objectives:

• Achieve sales targets and targets set by the company while developing professional business relationships with each customer in the management area.
• Implement and comply with product display standards.
• Improve the capacity of sales staff through training and education.

2. Main tasks:

• Search for fast-moving consumer goods sales agents, small and medium-sized businesses in provinces where there is an existing sales force of agents.
• Take primary responsibility for sales and business development in the assigned area.
• Display goods.
• Develop human resources.
• Resolve complaints.
• Report to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or higher.
• At least three years of experience in a similar position in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• Have relationships with local agents and have a thorough understanding of the area in charge, preferably local.
• Ability and experience in establishing relationships with local agents, selling through agents, implementing sales promotion programs for local agents.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good leadership skills.
• Ability to use computers (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…).
