RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To take overall and comprehensive responsibility for business targets related to Card products (international debit cards and credit cards) of all customer segments under the responsibility of the RB Division.
  • To take overall and comprehensive responsibility for business targets related to Unsecured Lending products (UPL and OD) of all customer segments under the responsibility of the RB Division.
  • Take overall and comprehensive responsibility for the management and business development criteria of the Upper mass customer segment.
  • Responsible for directing the development of policies, related business processes and promoting business of Card products, unsecured Lending and developing the business Upper-mass segment.
  • Advising and assisting the RB Division Head, the bank Board of Directors in the management and development of Card products, Unsecured Loans and the Upper-mass segment.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Retail Banking Board of Directors and CEO in each period.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Qualifications: University/ Master degree in economics / banking / finance
  • Deep understanding of Card/ Unsecured Lending Product Management.
  • Having experience in leading card/ unsecured lending business in established international/ local Bank.
  • Experience in managing staff, targets, sales, service and processes.
  • Having minimum 10-12 years of experience in Card/ Unsecured Lending Business
  • Ability to work independently as well as teamwork.
  • Ability to analyze, manage time and logical thinking.
  • High level of confident, energy & commitment.
  • Ability take-a-stand, manage conflicts.
  • High personal and professional standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, peer relationship skills.
  • Effective strategic and business planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively drive multiple strategies through the business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with high competence in negotiating for successful outcome.
  • Strong in numeracy and analysis and very results focused.
  • Excellent communication skills, including English fluency.
  • Team player & ability to lead & motivate a team.
  • Ability to travel and work to challenging deadlines to coordinate and influence.
