RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the operation of the Core Banking system
• Manage and operate the Core Card system, Card issuance and other business support systems related to consumer lending operations.
• Develop annual budget plans, implementation plans, and organize the work of the Department for each period.
• Monitor and report on the implementation of the Department’s budget as required.
• Project management, software-related work items and software development related to CoreBank and CoreCard.
• Organize the human resources apparatus and assign work within the Department.
• Orient and manage new information technology system projects and upgrade existing systems to ensure competitiveness
• Participate in developing processes, regulations, and policies on management and use of information technology in the field of responsibility
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Information Technology Department Leader

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Information Technology.
• Minimum 08 years of experience in the field of information technology in management and software system development.
• 05 years of experience in finance and banking operations.
• 03 years of experience at management level from Deputy Manager or higher.
• Priority will be given to people with equivalent experience.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in implementing and operating Core banking/Core Card systems and Bankingand
• Finance application systems (LOS, Collection…). Including experience in processing data at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day (running batches), monitoring and managing applications to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
• Having knowledge of Corebanking system Flexcube /T24 / Core Card, State Bank Reporting system is an advantage.
• Have experience in popular programming languages ​​such as .NET, Java, VB…
• Experienced in administering databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
• Have good leadership and human resource management experience.
• Able to withstand high pressure to participate in new system implementation projects.
