RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Human Resources:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance.
  • Collect and verify attendance data for payroll processing. (Check Daily & Report)
  • Follow payroll administration, including gathering information on annual leaves, overtime, and other adjustments.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and monitoring compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Security Camera Check (Check Daily & Report) with the HSE Staff.
  • Follow and update the scheduling of manufacturing workers to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address any scheduling conflicts or changes needed to meet production requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor applications for work permits, visas, and other legal documents required for foreign employees.
  • Follow and monitor the organization’s compliance with ISO standards, ensuring all processes and documentation align with required protocols.
  • Follow and be responsible for EcoVadis assessments, ensuring the company meets sustainability and corporate social responsibility standards.

2. Administrative:

  • Managing & Handling government-related documents.
  • Documentation Translation (When Gov.-Related Documents are submitted).
  • Booking a Driver (from a Driver Rental Service).
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office maintenance, equipment, and repairs.
  • Contact service providers for office management needs, including phone, Wi-Fi, and Internet services, ensuring reliability and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor service quality and promptly address issues to maintain smooth office operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an HR or office management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
  • Must have ATTENDANCE & TIMEKEEPING (for Payroll) experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient English (Basic Communication/ Reading/ Speaking/ Writing).
