RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and control KPIs work results evaluation system:
    – Plan human resources strategies and build appropriate human resources.
    – Establish and build criteria and processes for evaluating KPIs and periodically evaluating employee capacity.
    – Build a career development program for employees.
  • Training, recruiting and building human resource strategies suitable to the business situation:
    – Make plans for recruitment, training, and human resource development in each stage.
    – Recruit appropriate personnel according to the development needs of the company and departments.
    – Assess training needs to deploy and monitor training programs.
    – Manage the recruitment and candidate selection process.
    – Building recruitment brand: Communicate culture, environment, welfare policies, and company brand to candidates.
  • Building a system for storing and managing records/documents:
    – Review, legal appraisal, and risk control of document and document systems.
    – Orient and improve the management system of administrative documents: rules, regulations, forms, notices, decisions… ensuring systematicity and standards, in accordance with current law.
    – Propose to the Board of Directors in building and improving the company’s internal management policies and mechanisms within the assigned field.
  • Develop policies to retain and attract talent:
    – Research and survey the market to develop policies on salaries, bonuses, benefits and measures to encourage and stimulate employees to work.
    – Develop and perfect salary scales and appropriate salary calculation methods to ensure the attraction of talent and motivation of personnel.
    – Build a development and promotion roadmap for employees.
    – Develop the number of candidates, especially talented candidates.
  • Building and developing corporate culture:
    – Chair and be responsible for organizing and coordinating internal events: meetings, honors, tours…
    – Handling internal conflicts, violations, discipline for employees, resolving labor disputes – Building and maintaining a culture of conduct and a suitable working environment to stimulate enthusiasm and motivation work force for employees.
    – Build activities to connect company members and programs for the community
    – Interaction focal point with departments within the company. Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
  • Entitled:
    – Represent the Board of Directors to handle tasks according to assigned functions and powers.
    – Require coordination of departments to perform assigned tasks. – Require Office staff to report and perform assigned tasks.
    – Assign tasks, propose dismissal, appointment, reward, discipline and dismissal for office staff.
    – Propose policies, organizational structure…
    – Sign internal documents (not related to internal affairs or related to law) as authorized by the Director.
  • Decisions that must be consulted with superiors:
    – Belongs to decisions beyond the above authority.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Level:
    – Graduated from University or higher.
  • Knowledge:
    – Have in-depth knowledge and expertise in Human Resource Management.
    – Knowledge of the F&B industry.
  • Skill:
    – Analytical and decision-making skills; conflict management; time management; risk management; leader; planning; problem solving; inspire; assign…
    Experience.
  • Experience:
    – Over 3 years in a similar position.
