RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment and Training (30%)
- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Manage the new employee onboarding process, ensuring orientation sessions and necessary paperwork are completed.
- Identify training needs across departments and develop relevant training programs to support employee development.
- Schedule and coordinate internal training sessions, ensuring effective implementation and employee participation.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including documentation and communication with employees and managers.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Processes (50%)
- Address employee queries related to HR issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
- Handle payroll, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), personal income tax (PIT), and other C&B-related tasks.
- Administer and manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and manage benefit-related queries.
- Handle work permits, temporary residence cards, and other administrative tasks for foreign employees.
- Manage disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
- Support the preparation of HR-related reports and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
3. Compliance (20%):
- Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance to ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment.
- Assist in monitoring internal compliance with HR processes, standards, and best practices.
4. Other:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR & Finance Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall HR objectives and company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
- 5 + years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role at an International company or FMCG or has been transferred and worked in many positions
- Have experience in management and setup
- Experience in acquiring work permits and temporary residence cards;
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus;
