RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment and Training (30%)

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the new employee onboarding process, ensuring orientation sessions and necessary paperwork are completed.
  • Identify training needs across departments and develop relevant training programs to support employee development.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal training sessions, ensuring effective implementation and employee participation.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including documentation and communication with employees and managers.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Processes (50%)

  • Address employee queries related to HR issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
  • Handle payroll, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), personal income tax (PIT), and other C&B-related tasks.
  • Administer and manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and manage benefit-related queries.
  • Handle work permits, temporary residence cards, and other administrative tasks for foreign employees.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Support the preparation of HR-related reports and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

3. Compliance (20%):

  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance to ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment.
  • Assist in monitoring internal compliance with HR processes, standards, and best practices.

4. Other:

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR & Finance Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall HR objectives and company goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
  • 5 + years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role at an International company or FMCG or has been transferred and worked in many positions
  • Have experience in management and setup
  • Experience in acquiring work permits and temporary residence cards;
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to communicate in English is a plus;
