RESPONSIBILITIES

• Every month, coordinate with relevant departments to conduct inventory of packaging, raw materials, and finished products.
• Referencing prices, evaluating the usage needs from supply requisition forms, repair requisition forms based on proposals from the factory.
• Monthly, supervise the weighing and handling of factory waste.
• Monitor material and packaging waste in production.
• Supervise the receipt and delivery of goods in the factory warehouse (raw materials, packaging, chemicals, etc.).
• Report on and address any issues arising in the factory as directed by the Department Head.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate from College or higher – Major in engineering, mechanical, business administration, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in office software.
• Understanding of various machinery used in production.
• Minimum of Japanese N3 proficiency, or TOEIC 650 in English, with good communication skills.
