RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue sales invoices.
- Receive and check contract content.
- Daily monitor and check customer debts and payment status.
- Make debt payment notices to send to customers.
- Check debts, make minutes of debt confirmation with customers.
- Report debts & debt status (due, not due, difficult to collect).
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 2 years or more
- Degree: College or higher
- Honest, straightforward, able to withstand work pressure.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, flexible, quick.
- Computer proficiency: excel, word.
- Know how to use software: Misa.
- Enthusiastic and able to withstand pressure.
