RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Tax:
- Regularly update the latest Circulars, Decrees, and Legal Documents on Tax.
- Work with airline representatives regarding new regulations that affect tax reporting.
- Prepare VAT and PIT reports on a regular basis or as required by the tax authority.
- Monitor and pay taxes to the tax authority on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis on time.
2. Social Insurance:
- Update Labor Law, Circulars, Decrees, and new legal documents related to labor.
- Contact point and make reports according to the regulations of the Department of Labor on Social Insurance.
3. Bank:
- Work with banks, make company transactions related to banks.
- Report to the Board of Directors on transactions related to banks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 4 years of experience in a similar position in the service and retail sectors with an average revenue of 100 billion VND/month.
- Have good relationships and/or communication with tax authorities, labor departments, banks and airlines.
- Proficient in accounting software and computer skills especially MS Excel.
