RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily operations, task allocation, and guiding the department to achieve its goals.
• Plan activities for effective customer acquisition, retention, and conversion to paid users.
• Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and social media rules.
• Collect and analyse relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance, conversion, and growth activities.
• Coordinate with other departments and external entities.
• Flexible, strong execution, good communication, and teamwork skills.
• Perfect the scripts for conversion and expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree above, or high experience in related field.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, conversion, and expansion.
• Evaluate the results of post-conversion and expansion interactions.
• Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance department efficiency.
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
• Understand Vietnamese language and familiar with E-gaming is preferable
• Foreign language: basic English, Mandarin level: Listen
• PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 3 months – according to Philippine law.

• Additional allowance for women 4,000 pesos – about 1.7 million VND, men 3,000 pesos – about 1.3 million VND.
• No health insurance.
• Birthday gifts for employees (based on date of birth in passport).
• Year-end bonuses are based on job performance, location, and years of work.
• There is a shuttle from the house to work and vice versa (about 5p by bus)
• There will be driver arrive the airport procession for the first time through the Philippines.
