RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute global marketing, communication, and content strategies for digital and traditional activities to drive brand voice and lead generation.
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork and create an inclusive environment for diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
  • Ensure all content and creative output meets brand standards.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies with key stakeholders and standardize across regions and channels.
  • Manage briefing, planning, executing, and distribution of plans and content in collaboration with the Chief Creative Officer & Ecommerce team.
  • Grow the brand’s global presence through partnerships, distributors, and retailers (online and offline).
  • Develop strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Drive digital transformation through programmatic marketing, analytics, social media, operational marketing, and CRM.
  • Optimize marketing strategies for different markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales.
  • Monitor and report on performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate budgetary forecasts, strategies, and guardrails.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or related field.
  • Strong team player mentality with excellent commercial, analytical, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional marketing within the retail or fast moving consumer goods sector.
  • Professionally proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in fashion or similar industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong team leadership and successful business partnering experience across cross-functional departments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
  • Proven expertise in digital and programmatic marketing, including analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, and creative design.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology, delivering memorable customer experiences through multiple interconnected digital channels.
  • Confident self-starter with a high level of drive, result-oriented, and resilient, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment.
