RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain an attractive layout and logical product arrangement, to optimize space and facilitate the customer’s shopping experience;
• Develop and implement merchandise display strategies, especially on shelves and strategic locations in the store, to increase recognition and convenience during the shopping process;
• Conduct detailed sales analysis to dig deep into customer shopping behavior at the point of sale;
• Measure and analyze buyer response to current product and presentation strategies;
• Grasp and update customer purchasing and consumption trends;
• Propose and develop product range strategy (portfolio) based on market and customer analysis;
• Maximize customer experience and revenue;
• Inventory management and delivery speed;
• Participate in developing pipelining plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness in implementing these strategies.
• Co-responsible for store profit (P&L) and sales;

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Business, Commerce, Business Administration or related.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in merchandising, especially in the retail industry;
• Have strategic thinking and the ability to deeply analyze the market and consumers;
• Strong understanding of the industry, especially in the field of pharmacies and medical products;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
