RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Merchandising Manager.
• Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.
• Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges.
• Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season, allocating certain amounts of stock, to each outlet, throughout the season.
• Coordinating activities flows within internal teams/functions.
• Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
• Support execution of in-season activities which include repeat orders, markdowns & consolidation.
• Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise.
• Maintaining awareness of competitors’ performance.
• Managing, training, and supervising junior staff.
• Any others ad-hoc tasks or project as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in retail industry
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure Bilingual, proactive and strong analytical skills.
• Meticulous and good communication skills
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills
