RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and supervise the work plan of all sales staff.
  • Manage the information system, draft documents and internal papers related to the activities of the Sales Department;
  • Update sales data, check the authenticity of sales reports of sales staff;
  • Synthesize, analyze data and prepare sales reports by day, week, month, quarter, year;
  • Calculate bonuses for sales staff, projects and sales collaborators.
  • Manage customer lists, organize customer care.
  • Receive all feedback from customers/agents via phone, check information, send reports to the Sales Director.
  • Coordinate ordering and delivery:
    – Total orders.
    – Manage inventory at Binh Duong warehouse.
    – Track import – export – inventory of goods to be proactive in sales.
    – Plan and execute deliveries: issue invoices, coordinate shippers, track orders, deliver on schedule, make         accurate delivery records for each order.
    – Ensure sales.
    – Track each employee’s sales to motivate employees to follow sales progress.
    – Track debts, manage and motivate customers to pay on time.
    – Report business results directly to the department head.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 1 year in the retail industry or fresh graduates. The company will train.
  • Degree requirements: College or higher.
  • Accept business trips (Vung Tau area)
  • Read and understand English, check contracts.
  • Honest, straightforward, able to withstand work pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, flexible, quick-witted.
  • Computer proficiency: excel, word.
  • Enthusiastic and able to withstand pressure.
