RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement to increase contact sources to increase revenue from the company’s existing contacts and new sources.
  • Meet partners (B2B and B2C) to introduce products, establish partnerships.
  • Search for customers on online channels such as groups, seeding, telesales, etc.
  • Set up and manage a team of sales collaborators.
  • Take care of the company’s B2B and B2C customer sources. Perform necessary tasks to organize workshops and events with potential customers of partners to promote sales.
  • Work with the company’s marketing team to provide customer insights to improve products.
  • Make daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly plans. Report directly to management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree or higher. At least 5 years of experience in market development.
  • Have aspirations and ambitions in career and income.
  • Positive spirit. Withstand high pressure during and after working hours. Success is directly proportional to endurance. Willing to go beyond your ‘comfort zone’.
  • Change yourself to integrate into a new environment and culture. Most of our team have been with the company for a long time.
  • Arrange work scientifically, have clear short-term and long-term plans.
  • Have the mindset and way to learn, and continuously learn to understand the job, and have broader knowledge of the job.
  • Priority is given to candidates who already have relationships in the education industry. Good health, able to travel a lot.
