RESPONSIBILITIES

• Search for potential new customers, contact to introduce cold storage products and services. Build and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Understand the services that the company is providing, understand the needs/requirements/specificities of customers to provide solutions, quote suitable and competitive prices for customers.
• Research the industry market, competitors, learn and propose new solutions, services, sales policies … to ensure competition, optimal exploitation efficiency.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, take care of customers who have signed contracts. Ensure service provision in accordance with signed terms and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and urge the operations department, ensure the provision of services to satisfy customers.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to urge debt collection. Receive/handle customer feedback on service quality. Regularly contact to take care of, plan to visit customers.
• Anticipate customer needs and service development trends to provide appropriate improvement solutions
• Update all information and management reports into the software system.
• Build the company’s image as a reliable 3PL unit with leading technology.
• Depending on their capacity, sales staff will be assigned responsibility for completing sales targets and will be rewarded with KPIs based on completed sales results.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher, priority given to Logistics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, and other related fields.
• Foreign language: Good English communication (TOEIC from 550 or equivalent)
• Computer skills: Excel. Word well. Able to analyze data, ….
• No experience required, the company will train.
• Good-looking, polite, confident, talkative, friendly, polite.
