RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate the call quality of Inbound Sales and Tech support.
• Summarize the errors/ service errors/ products… according to customer feedback (through call evaluation)
• Control compliance with data regulations on CRM.
• Control compliance with processes and regulations of the department.
• Participate in building and training skills for Inbound Sales and Tech support.
• Build processes and regulations related to calls, compliance regulations, participate in research to improve the quality of work of the department.
• Make reports as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA, Enterprise Customer Care in the telecommunications sector is a plus.
• Required knowledge: Know how to identify call quality standards, knowledge of the Telecommunications – IT market (Understanding basic products on cloud computing platforms is an advantage)
• Computer: Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, GG sheet.
