RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out tasks related to survey and technical design of the technical department – presales, as assigned by direct superiors or the board of directors.
• Design content: basic design / technical design / construction drawing design according to customer / project requirements, such as:
  – Explain the solution.
  – List of equipment and software.
  – Drawings describing the solution.
  – Construction methods.
• Research, propose solutions, apply science and technology, new technology, new equipment/materials.
• Lead relationships with manufacturers and distribution channels to POC and build technical solutions to supply to the market.
• Develop technical documents to introduce telecommunications and IT products, solutions and services.
• Resolve technical issues during project design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with department procedures to ensure highly effective operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement project implementation.
• Resolve technical issues during project design and implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience & Knowledge:

• Graduated from university majoring in electricity – electronics, automation, telecommunications, IT.
• Deep understanding of one or several fields related to network technology, servers, storage, virtualization – cloud computing.
• Priority is given to candidates with international certificates and experience working with products and solutions from companies in network technology, cloud computing, automation, software technology, … industries.
• Have knowledge of network systems, CCTV, VMS, ME, etc.
• Experience in designing integrated systems, CCTV, ME, network, computer hardware, optical, etc.

2. Skills:

• Ability to write specialized technical documents;
• Ability to organize personal work plans;
• Auto Cad, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Mind Map;
• English: reading and writing documents; Basic level listening and speaking communication.

3. Other:

• Able to work in a high pressure environment, in a team or independently.
• Dynamic, flexible, youthful and friendly, willing to learn and share knowledge.
