RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in Company Establishment: Assist in establishing the company in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Team Recruitment and Management: Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of the team, ensuring synergy and efficient operation.
• Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring coordination across departments to achieve company goals.
• Financial Reports and Salary Management: Develop and maintain financial reports, manage the company’s salary system, and handle related financial transactions.
• Legal Affairs: Handle legal affairs, ensuring the company operates in compliance with regulations and promptly addressing legal issues.
• Market Development: Develop and execute market entry strategies, ensuring sustainable growth in the Vietnamese market.
• Marketing and Brand Building: Develop marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and brand value in the Vietnamese market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience operating companies in Vietnam, familiarity with the Vietnamese business environment.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial reports and salary management, possessing financial management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks.
• Experience in handling legal affairs, familiarity with Vietnamese regulations and legal systems.
• Deep understanding of marketing and brand building.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and Vietnamese (reading, listening, writing).
