RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business planning and strategy:
- Develop, propose and implement business strategies for cold storage services, to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Analyze the market, identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends and customer needs to optimize services.
- Propose and implement promotional programs, competitive pricing policies to increase customer attraction.
2. Manage and develop sales team:
- Train, develop and supervise sales team to ensure work efficiency and sales target completion.
- Propose business process improvement solutions to optimize service performance and quality.
3. Build and maintain customer relationships:
- Develop and maintain close relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring their needs for cold storage services are met.
- Resolve customer-related issues and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
4. Cold storage operations management:
- Coordinate with the operations department to optimize cold storage performance, ensure the warehouse is used effectively and meets storage standards.
- Monitor inventory management, ensure that the storage and transportation of goods always meet safety and quality standards.
5. Report and evaluate business performance:
- Prepare periodic reports on revenue, business performance, provide analysis and forecast to improve results.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and propose adjustments when necessary.
6. Develop new services:
- Research and propose the development of new services related to cold storage such as integrated logistics, special cargo transportation.
- Build customized solutions to meet customer needs in different industries.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in cold storage business or warehouse management.
- Good leadership, market analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Having a wide network of relationships in the logistics and supply chain industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
