RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and developing the center’s operations: Ensuring that business activities, product development, deployment and operation take place effectively according to long-term and short-term goals approved by the Company’s Board of Directors.
  • Strategy development: Develop a strategy for the Center’s products and services in accordance with the capacity and target customer groups for approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Promoting and maintaining, expanding Customers and partners: Based on the Center’s product and service strategy and customer leads promoted by the Company’s Board of Directors. The Center Director is responsible for promoting detailed work; Maintaining and expanding work appropriate to the capacity and creating partner alliances in each service and customer.
  • Human resource management: Develop a streamlined and effective Center human resource plan for each stage; Coordinate recruitment, training, assignment, evaluation and coordination of personnel.
  • Project management and implementation: Develop plans, implement, and monitor to ensure that the project meets the progress and quality committed to customers and partners.
  • Develop financial plans: Develop financial plans for the Center’s operations, financial plans for implementing each Center Project, consult the Finance and Accounting Department and submit them to the Company’s Board of Directors for approval.
  • Report: Periodically report to the Board of Directors on the center’s operations, opportunities and challenges, send a report once a week. Report directly every 2 weeks and make ad hoc reports when there are urgent issues or requests from the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience:

  • At least 06 years of experience in the field of information technology or technology project management.
  • Have worked with State projects or have a deep understanding of the working process with State agencies.
  • Experience managing teams of 30 people or more and operating large-scale projects of over 20 billion.

2. Skills:

  • Leadership and management skills, coordinating human resource groups in the Project.
  • Good communication skills and building good relationships with State agencies and customers.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of project financial management and legal aspects in bidding and contracts.
  • Education: Graduated from university majoring in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.

3. Personality:

  • Strategic and creative thinking.
  • Integrity, high responsibility.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
