RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Managing production stages (production lines) at the finished product workshop as follows

• Stamping – Sewing – Molding, gluing – Complete
• Injection of fabric shoe soles (2 lines)
• Hot and cold pressing. Silk printing
• 2D-3D transfer printing

Responsible and in charge of implementing the contents of production activities, progress management and quality assurance for the above stages, specifically as follows

• Manage and be responsible for production process compliance
• Carry out production activities according to plan and be responsible for the results of specific production activities
• Management of raw materials and semi-finished products
• Manage and be responsible for product quality
• Manage and be responsible for maintaining and developing resource quality
• Manage and be responsible for production costs according to norms and regulations
• Manage production safety standards and be responsible for labor safety and production safety
• Manage and be responsible for using machinery, equipment and tools
• Manage and be responsible for 5S standards. Report production activities and results periodically (weekly) or unexpectedly to the SX2 Director, Plant Management Board and General Director Board in cases where reporting is required

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must be fluent English & Mandarin living in Singapore or willing to relocate to Singapore to live & work
• At least 3 years experience in Sales B2B, at least in either Food Flavors or Fragrances (Can open for candidate have experience in Sales Flavor for: Food / Beverage / Tea / Coffee / Bakery / Food Ingredient / Food Additive or Fragrant for Detergent / Shower Gel / Chemical for Cosmetics …
• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Business Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin – Successful sales track records
• Willing to relocate to Singapore
