RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Human resource management and training:
- Develop an organizational chart of the Workshops.
- Establishing staffing levels for factories.
- Propose recruitment, reception and allocation of personnel.
- Organize training for new employees.
- Training to improve management skills and work supervision skills of lower level managers (PP, QD, PQD, shift leaders, production and maintenance team leaders).
- Evaluate subordinates’ work results. Promote, reward and discipline lower level employees.
- Review permissions and resolve personnel issues within the allowed scope (permissions, timekeeping, overtime registration, disciplinary violations…).
- Connect, build a spirit of solidarity, coordination, and mutual support at work.
2. Management of machinery, equipment and tools:
- Receive and organize the operation of machinery, equipment and tools according to their correct functions and capacity. Organize cleaning and maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Organize machine maintenance work.
- Develop regulations, operating instructions, maintenance and troubleshooting for machinery and equipment or review and edit regulations, operating and maintenance instructions for machinery and equipment written by subordinate employees.
- Propose improvements to machinery and equipment to improve efficiency.
- Monitor the operating status and operation of machinery and equipment.
- Supervise the acceptance of machinery and equipment after assembly, maintenance and repair.
- Make periodic maintenance plans, equipment and tool calibration plans.
- Control the results of maintenance orders to execute the maintenance plan on time and on schedule.
- Inspect, monitor and evaluate the results of maintenance work using subcontractors.
- Directly participate in troubleshooting major problems, long-term problems, and problems that staff cannot fix.
3. Controlling raw materials & spare parts status, CCDC:
- Organize and supervise the quality inspection of input materials of the Units and workshops in charge.
- Organize and supervise the export, import, and storage of raw materials and propose to purchase raw materials.
- Supervise the operation of the ERP system (updating, retrieving, reporting data) of subordinate employees according to requirements.
- Organize and supervise testing of new materials and new products when required.
- Evaluate and recommend purchases of spare parts and supplies.
- Comply with regulations on management and preservation of supplies, spare parts and spare parts.
- Check and monitor the status of CCDC and tools.
4. Organize production – monitor and control productivity and quality:
- Organize and track orders, delivery schedules, and production progress of units and factories in charge.
- Organize and monitor production progress, and supervise staff to promptly update production results into the ERP system of the Units and workshops in charge.
- Organize and supervise each work position, urge to complete the tasks and plans of the Units and workshops in charge.
- Consider finding the causes and monitoring and correcting quality errors of the Units and workshops in charge.
- Build, monitor and evaluate KPI implementation results. Make improvements to increase KPIs
5. Control production activities, ISO system:
- Develop documents to control production activities of the Units and workshops in charge (Procedures, regulations, work instructions).
- Coordinate planning and organize the implementation of production plans for the Units and workshops in charge.
- Organize import and export warehouse work.
- Organize the protection of raw materials and company assets.
- Organize work to ensure security and order for units and workshops in charge.
- Organize and supervise the implementation of 5S in responsible units and workshops.
6. Production environment control:
- Ensuring labor safety and fire protection for units and factories in charge.
- Deploy 5S activities – Visualize the Units and workshops in charge.
7. Responding to emergency situations:
- Participate in rehearsing planned response situations.
- Be ready to respond promptly at the scene of the incident.
8. Information exchange and reporting:
- Make reports on the department’s performance results to the Board of Directors on a regular basis according to regulations (Report on work results, Maintenance results, KPI, personnel situation…).
- Quickly report incidents and arising problems to the Board of Directors.
- Communicate newly issued requirements, regulations, directions, and documents to subordinates and monitor compliance with those documents.
- Receive and process information arising in production and maintenance activities.
- Organize the evaluation and reporting of KPI implementation results of the Unit and the employees under the Units and workshops in charge.
REQUIREMENTS
- Level:
– Regular university: Priority for candidates: Graduated from Polytechnic University
– Business administration; Economy; Industrial Administration; Electrical and Electronics Engineering; Mechanical engineer.
- Experience
– Experience in management and production organization.
– Experience in operating and managing and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
– Supervise production and monitor plans;
- Knowledge
– Production manager
– Understanding of light industry machinery and equipment.
– Mechanical and electrical knowledge
– ISO system.
