RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project coordination: Gather requirements on specific applications in migration wave; writes clear and detailed plans to design methods to gather and analyze participants feedback with functional specifications, feature prioritization, to deliver on requirements.
  • Monitor the program’s overall progress, anticipates risks, resolves issues and initiates corrective action as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, financial, banking, computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:

  • 5+ years as a project manager with Infrastructure delivery project experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of 1 to 3 projects simultaneously through structure execution and routines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project accounting and artifacts including status, project plans, etc.
  • Ability to execute a project with key critical business milestones, while supporting/enabling an agile delivery process.
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery – Agile Certified Practitioner/Scrum Master Certification, PMP certification as a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project management tools.
  • A strong technical awareness and background – Microsoft, VMWare, Cloud – AWS, MS Azure or Google GCP.

3. Required Skills:

  • Ability to demonstrate independent leadership, judgment, and decision making.
  • Ability to adjust to multiple and changing priorities, remaining flexible and open.
  • Ability to create and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders of peer levels.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to spin up and drive cloud transformation engagements including relationship development.
  • Project initiation process, workshops and presentation skills.
  • Ability to support business case creation and executive sponsors.
  • Customer relationship management upto Cx level within large origination.
  • Process methods and frameworks including PMP, Agile, Scrum or in house methods.
  • Change and risk management.
  • Good experience and understanding of project controls, processes, governance, and management.
  • Knowledge of transition management, user adoption and customer success is of interest for certain engagements.
  • Professional in approach with maturity and excellent customer facing skills.

4. Relevant Experience:

  • Understanding and knowledge across wider Cloud adoption and technology enablement (Microsoft, AWS, Public Cloud etc..)
  • Proven track record of delivering to time and budget, technical IT infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
  • Experienced in delivering ‘on-premise’ to ‘cloud’ project.

5. Others:

  • Organizationally savvy, with the ability to navigate organizational politics.
