RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regularly check the remaining quantity of raw materials in stock and develop a purchase plan to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders for machinery, spare parts, technical equipment, and other required items for both the factory and office.
  • Identify potential suppliers, obtain quotes, and submit them to the manager for selection based on price and suitability.
  • Place orders with selected suppliers and prepare all necessary documents for importing goods, if required.
  • Monitor inventory levels of technical equipment and components to ensure sufficient stock for uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory flow effectively, minimizing production downtime.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to the quality of received goods, working directly with suppliers to resolve these matters promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to understand technical requirements and specifications for purchases.
  • Ensure that purchased items meet the technical and quality standards required by the production teams.
  • Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve any shipping errors or delays.
  • Notify the warehouse team of the scheduled delivery to ensure timely receipt and processing of goods.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Foreign Economics, International Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferred Work Experience: at least 1-year experience in procurement, with a focus on technical equipment, machinery, or components.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and import/export procedures.
  • Proficient in English (Listening/Speaking/Writing).
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
