RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End-to-End Quality Oversight:
- Oversee and manage the entire quality control process from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation.
- Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for all stages of denim production.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly. Investigate the root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate and address issues related to washing, such as uneven color distribution, excessive fading, or other defects that may arise during the washing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.
- Responsible for managing QC personnel and wash technician.
2. Process Development:
- Design and establish effective quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to integrate quality measures seamlessly into production workflows.
3. Training and Development:
- Provide training to internal teams and subcontractors on quality control processes and standards.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.
4. Audits and Inspections:
- Conduct regular audits of internal operations and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform inspections at key production stages to identify and address potential issues.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on quality metrics and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
6. Collaboration with Subcontractors:
- Establish strong working relationships with subcontractors, offering support in implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
- Collaborate on resolving quality issues and improving processes.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing lessons learned from quality issues.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, particularly in denim manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of denim fabric characteristics and various stages of denim production.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to textile and garment manufacturing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
