RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for implementing sales, ensuring the completion of assigned sales targets.
• Develop procedures for welcoming and consulting customers. Instruct employees to follow the correct procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop standards for displaying and decorating the store, ensuring the store is always eye-catching, neat, and attractive.
• Be a representative image, advise, and support customers in choosing suitable flower models.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries. Take care of and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Monitor the import and export of fresh flowers, ensure the store always has a variety of flowers, and ensure good quality.
• Propose promotional programs, thank customers on holidays, New Year, and major anniversaries.
• Plan monthly store operating costs, have a reasonable and effective cost usage plan.
• Train and guide employees on knowledge and experience related to flower care and customer consulting experience.
• Supervise, manage, guide and assign appropriate work to employees. Build a working culture of compliance, sharing and commitment.
• Make periodic and ad hoc reports as required by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience in managing a flower shop.
• Love flowers, have in-depth knowledge of flower care.
• Communication, persuasion, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Ability to guide work, train and supervise employees.
