RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer care:

  • Support customers with services at the office, providing customers with the most convenient and premium experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide comprehensive financial services and solutions when needed.
  • Receive and verify customer documents, personal documents (customer ID, health status…) to ensure customer rights in accordance with company regulations and legal regulations.
  • Process customer requests within the committed time limit.

2. Financial and sales consulting:

  • Provide professional financial support and consulting to customers.
  • Search, expand and build potential customer sources.
  • Directly generate sales and contribute to the branch’s overall targets to meet pre-determined sales targets.
  • Manage and meet sales progress performance.

3. Branding:

  • Build personal and corporate brands on all social media channels in a professional manner.

4. Other:

  • Request other work & assign tasks from management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College or University graduate
  • From 06 months to 1 year of experience in the field of sales, priority given to the financial field.
  • Have financial knowledge
  • Have people management skills.
  • Have a dynamic personality and the ability to interact well with customers, colleagues, and superiors.
  • Diversify work experience in non-financial fields such as: Security, hotels, education, beauty …
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Have skills in using social networks in Sales & Personal Branding (highly appreciated candidates with social network accounts active for over 2 years, over 1000 followers, professional and positive image)
