RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, orient, maintain smooth coordination of sales staff.
• Plan market expansion strategies for the company nationwide.
• Develop OTC channels, pharmacies, MT… nationwide.
• Expand the company’s market in other countries.
• Build a national sales team.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement Brand Activation and marketing campaigns.
• Develop working policies, cooperate with distributors.
• Search and build good relationships with distributors and partners.
• Ensure the team achieves the set sales targets.
• Report and discuss directly with the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the position of Sales Manager for 3 years or more at pharmaceutical companies, distributing functional foods or similar products. Experience in a real-life sales position at these companies.
• Understanding the functional food and pharmaceutical market.
• Good team leadership skills.
• Have a wide network of relationships in the industry.
• Ability to participate in fairs, find customers and open foreign markets for the company.
• Required English level equivalent to IELTS 7.0.
• High priority for those who are fluent in Chinese.
• Honest personal character, positive working attitude, highly focused on goals.
• Good presentation and persuasion skills.
