RESPONSIBILITIES

A. MAIN TASKS

1. Main goals:

  • The Sales Director is responsible for planning and implementing the business strategy to increase revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and seek new business opportunities.

2. Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sustainable growth business strategy focusing on developing new product categories, developing customer sources, developing sales distribution channels, suppliers… to increase revenue and customer satisfaction level.
  • Conduct domestic and foreign market research to search for new markets/new products/ and discover customer needs to propose priority product lists and implement plans after approval.
  • Arrange and participate in negotiations with potential corporate/business customers (domestic and foreign) to seek business cooperation and product development opportunities.
  • Improve your products/services by meeting or predicting customer needs/domestic and international product trends.
  • Build long-term relationships with domestic and foreign customers/contractors.
  • Prepare reports as requested by the CEO/Chairman of the Board of Directors.

B. POWERS

  • Propose business strategies and product categories
  • Have the right to request Departments/Units to provide relevant information records;
  • Have the right to refuse to perform work that is contrary to the Group’s regulations and the Law;
  • Responsible for information security, ensuring absolute accuracy as well as being willing to take responsibility for consequences (if any) occurring within duties and powers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University or higher majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields.
  • Experience as Sales Director/ Category Director/ Commercial Director of companies importing and distributing pharmaceuticals/ functional foods/ food supplements/ cosmetics
  • Large and prestigious at home and abroad.
  • Deep/wide understanding of the domestic and foreign functional food/health care food market, good relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, distribution channels/clinics/hospitals/chains pharmacy/pharmacy/convenience store…
  • Ability to plan, organize, develop strategies and implement work.
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
