RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Yachts and charter sales:
- Actively promote company boats and services through various selling channels.
- Do active sales-prospecting: go to meet potential clients (corporate) to present company’s boats and services.
- Participate to existing boating communities to increase company brand’s awareness.
- Actively seek to gather insights about the market and competition.
- Participate to the implementation of corporate branding program.
- Identify, develop new networks of customers and generate qualified leads for sales to meet the sales targets;
- Identifies client needs and utilize in-depth product knowledge to create solutions.
- Participate to the development of and use all sales materials and tools professionally (web site, brochure, mailing…);
- Actively participate in promotional works and events.
- Maintain relationships with prospects/clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
2. Sales-related tasks:
- Provide support for the company yachts events.
- Assist to investigate, clarify, summarize, recommend on: Boat registration types, boat driving license types, navigation rules (river, coast, open-sea), safety rules.
- Coordinate with other team members for river trials & site inspections, ensure high quality service and experience delivered to customers.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
3. Other related tasks as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales field, project sales, preferably with lifestyle, hospitality/tourism or engineering background
- Have B2B, B2C sales skills, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- University graduate
- Excellent communications skills, fluent business English.
- Be ready to travel for business trips to for sales prospection.
- Be able to explore new sales channel via other luxury business (cars/ real estate/ other luxury goods)
- Be able to build up and develop good relationships with potential customers.
- Be persistent, mature, independent, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Have strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Be active and honest, flexible.
