RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business development
- Responsible for the management as well as the independent accounting plan for the mid and high-end finished product lines according to the Company’s development orientation.
- Take main responsibility for sales targets as well as completing established and approved targets.
- Search and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Carry out marketing, advertising, sales, promotion and other processes related to the room. General management and operations of the department, ensuring effective business, on schedule, and ensuring sales and revenue growth according to the assigned annual target plan. At the same time, advise the Board of Directors on business solutions;
- Periodically at the end of the month/quarter/year: establish and implement strategies, business plans, marketing, advertising, promotions, brand development, and market expansion effectively.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting Department to control and monitor the debt situation of each customer according to monthly consumption channels have timely assessments, reports and propose to the Board of Directors timely solutions to limit problems. cases where there is a risk of impact;
- Set up job descriptions, manage, train, guide work and evaluate subordinates;
- Set business targets on sales and customers, monitor and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets, achieve efficiency and growth.
- Propose to the Board of General Directors on price policy, marketing policy, human resource policy, income policy and criteria for monthly performance evaluation of affiliated employees.
- Inform the General Director/ General Director of the Company/ General Director of the Company about the monthly meeting schedule of the department.
- Periodically directly participate in training on sales skills and situation handling for sales staff under the Department.
- Evaluate the performance of personnel under the Department.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Board of Directors..
2. Model development for business development
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors and the Design Department in creating samples with materials, quality and prices consistent with business goals and market segments of the product line.
- Coordinate with the Factory in deploying samples as well as mass finished products in terms of quality and progress to meet the expected launch date.
- Survey the market for product lines, design trends, models, materials and supplies to advise the Board of Directors and the Design Department in developing models to serve the Department’s business development.
- Together with the Head/Deputy Department Manager, organize and deploy measures and weekly and monthly monitor and evaluate all sales activities and development cooperation for Supermarket and Contract channels in accordance with the Company’s direction from time to time. The company ensures efficiency and speed of development;
3. Operation & Management of Marketing Technical Team
- Establish and implement marketing strategies and marketing programs.
- Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness and attract customers.
- Manage marketing content, develop comprehensive marketing work including using multi-channel on Social media platforms (Digital marketing) and traditional marketing (event organization, PR, sampling, promotion, etc.).
- Through the existing marketing technical team, share internal resources and support other sales departments in current marketing work.
REQUIREMENTS
- Training: specialized training in marketing and business management and administration.
- Skills: Executive management skills, problem analysis, communication, good problem presentation, basic understanding of marketing, Teamwork, proficient in using window office, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Website, social networks… Foreign language communication.
- Experience: over 5 years of experience.
