RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales and business development for dealer market & direct food manufacturer.
• Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify potential customers and develop plans to develop business opportunities.
• Generate demand from customers by understanding their technology commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions.
• Do research of regional market insights.
• Understand Customer Demands & Requirements to consult products to Customers.
• Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior.
• Keep a track of the client’s business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales B2B, product: Flavors or Fragrances/ Food Ingredients/ Cosmetic Ingredients to Manufacturing companies in Food/ Beverage/ Cosmetics/ Homecare/ Personal Care.
• Must have experience in approaching new customers.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Sales & Marketing.
• Fluent in English.
• Successful sales track records.
