RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop testing strategies for projects.
• Read and understand documents and analyze project requirements, discuss directly with BA for clarification.
• Participate in project-related meetings as prescribed.
• Design Test Plan based on PM’s master schedule, propose Tester resource allocation for the project.
• Participate in reviewing and analyzing business requirements to understand the project’s goals, provide input information as a basis for testing and forecast the required testing activities.
• Participate in project-based testing, code Automation testing for each function.
• Test, check data from the summary reports from the Database compared to the project’s reality.
• Participate in meetings with partners to ensure that partners can deliver products in the most effective way.
• Develop test plans, and report test results.
• Support in planning, building and controlling test environments.
• Develop test scenarios and prioritize testing activities.
• Implement test scenarios, test performance and report on errors, define priority of each error.
• Prepare reports related to software testing.
• Ensure testing is performed in compliance with testing standards and procedures.
• Study project documents with project team leader and project members.
• Support project members to understand business requirements, user requirements and agree on user interface.
• Write project documents as required.
• Perform tasks assigned by department heads and project managers within the scope of work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a major related to IT, QA/QC, Tester.
• 4 years or more of experience in Automation Tester.
• Business-oriented and user-oriented testing mindset.
• Good understanding of testing methods and tools.
• Good understanding of software product testing process.
• Good test case building skills, clear and easy-to-understand bug descriptions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication, good logical thinking, high responsibility for work.
• Fluent English, good reading comprehension.
• When launching a new feature or having urgent work to do in the evening, you will be given a day off the next day. Or overtime pay.
