RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the store to achieve the set business goals.
• Monitor / supervise the entire store staff to fully implement the Quality Standard System.
• Monitor the Payment Process, Pest Control, Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
• Control the budget / inventory effectively.
• Arrange the staff’s work schedule by shift.
• Support the Store Manager in controlling costs, analyzing the store’s P&L monthly.
• Implement POSM according to the Marketing department’s instructions.
• Develop and train store staff.
• Recruit store staff.
