RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the team and develop solutions for the Online to Offline sales and warehouse management software project.
  • Participate in project development, set and manage goals, ensure team members understand the goals and plans.
  • Build goals for the Team.
  • Allocate appropriate resources for product development.
  • Communicate and engage project members.
  • Assign tasks to team members to implement projects, directly participate in implementation if necessary. Monitor progress and results of work performed by team members to.
  • Ensure products are developed according to user requirements.
  • Ensure products meet technical standards (Non-Functional Requirement)
  • Ensure products are developed according to business architecture and technical architecture.
  • Develop and improve the technical capacity of each member and the team through job orientation, guidance and proposing appropriate training programs. Propose recruitment of personnel for the
  • team in accordance with job requirements.
  • Regularly evaluate the capacity and work results of members, promptly propose appropriate remuneration policies based on the evaluation results.
  • Participate in developing standards and procedures of the IT department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Need to know how to write code and be able to evaluate the quality of a code. Tech Lead will support his team when encountering any technical problems they encounter.
  • Proficient in java and SpringMVC or Spring Boot.
  • Proficient in using queues RabitMQ, Redis, Kafka.
  • Proficient in using Relational Databases (Mysql or Mssql), SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
  • Proficient in using Git.
  • Proficient in using RESTful API.
  • Know how to work with Microservice/ Domain Driven Design/ CQRS.
  • Know how to use Docker.
  • Ability to design for the project: Broader understanding of software that fits into the overall system.
  • Need to understand clearly how software is deployed, managed and operated in the enterprise environment.
  • Have analytical skills and knowledge in the retail and ecommerce fields.
