RESPONSIBILITIES

A. DUTIES

1. Perform data entry tasks into the SAP system & extract reports from the system:

• Enter data into the system in accordance with reality.
• Perform SAP system tasks to ensure that the system is always qualified for production, on time as prescribed.
• Perform reports related to the production process.
• Check and analyze data to detect discrepancies in handwritten reports of positions in the production line, immediately report to the Production Assistant.
• Ensure data accuracy in reports, send reports to relevant parties on time as prescribed.

2. Support the production assistant to meet the following requirements:

• Manage office supplies.
• Keep and arrange reports in accordance with ISO & 5S standards.
• Analyze the reasons for unachieved target indicators and send them to the
• Production Assistant and production shift leaders.
• Respond to inaccurate reporting data to relevant parties.
• Create production orders X, P, C on the SAP system.

3. Support production shift leaders in tasks related to creating tables and notifications:

• Support shift leaders in recording or setting up report forms to serve the production management work of shift leaders.
• Monitor the use of stationery and protective equipment.
• Make purchase requests for stationery, CCDC for production hygiene, production department attendance…

4. Monitor the implementation of 5S & ISO in production:

• Supervise industrial hygiene in the area under your management.
• Monitor the implementation of rules and regulations in production.
• Monitor the recording of reports of positions in the production line.
• Support TLSX to monitor and evaluate the implementation of ISO, 5S of employees in the production department.
• Supervise the recording of complete, timely and accurate sanitation reports and archive them according to ISO regulations.

5. SAP work operations must ensure:

• Complete all reporting operations during the production shift, daily reports on SAP on time and according to the prescribed schedule.
• Control data on loss, recycling, KPH products, production inventory materials (2003, 2004), and scanned materials on the SAP system.
• Make memos and request forms for additional adjustments arising during the implementation of SAP work.

6. Perform the work of synthesizing contractor costs of the production department:

• Understand the relevant contracts between the production department and outside contractors.
• Make the cost of the correct quantity and unit price according to the contract.
• Complete payment procedures to related departments.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for synthesizing handwritten reports of positions in the production line, statistical data sent to Factory Management and related departments.
• Responsible for implementing, completing, and controlling the accuracy of operations on SAP according to assigned functions and tasks.
• Support data collection, perform some reports arising when TLSX requests.
• Responsible for cleaning the working area.
• Responsible for implementing safety regulations and fire prevention in production.
• Responsible for implementing 5S & ISO in production.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from college or university in technical fields.
• Agile, sociable.
• Enthusiastic, responsible and honest in work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
