RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Analysis:
- Grasp information about the ice cream market, consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Evaluate and predict market developments to propose marketing strategies.
2. Developing The Point-of-Sales Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement marketing plans at point of sale, focusing on enhancing product display, creating highlights and attractive incentives for customers.
- Optimize product placement and display in stores.
3. Interaction with Distributors:
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors to ensure in-depth understanding of products and marketing strategies.
- Support distributors in implementing promotional programs and promoting products.
4. Coordinate with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure information and marketing strategies are delivered effectively.
- Support negotiations and negotiations with business partners.
5. Marketing Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that every campaign is implemented effectively and with high performance.
6. Performance Measurement and Evaluation:
- Implement performance measurement methods to evaluate the results of marketing strategies and recommend necessary adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, etc. is preferred;
- At least 3 years of experience working in the FMCG industry, with priority given to the frozen ice cream, milk, and beverage industries.
- Analytical, planning, management, organizational, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, good teamwork ability;
- Have good relationships with advertising and media service partners, advertising material suppliers…
- Good communication in Chinese or English.
- Willing to travel frequently on business trips, able to withstand work pressure;
- Honest, highly responsible.
