RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To understand the Transaction Banking market trend in Vietnam including peers’ capabilities (both cash management and trade, but primarily cash management);
  • To initiate marketing activities of all front office for promoting our transaction banking. business to capture and increase Cash, Trade & Transactional FX flows in cooperation with branches in the Asia Pacific, U.S. and Europe.
  • Support RM’s and other Departments in Country Marketing & Sales, Solution Providing, Coordination, Create Proposals, Response to RFP, Presentation, Documentation, etc.
  • To understand the needs and requirements of JP and Non-JP prospects and relay as such to the product functions;
  • To plan strategy, structure solutions and execute to grow Transaction Banking business.
  • To guide and train the Front Office who are not familiar with Transaction Banking;
  • To make the branch’s Transaction banking initiatives and marketing projects across the country (be the bridge between Ho Chi Minh City Branch and Ha Noi Branch)
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities relating to the job scope and position to be assigned by the management/managers wherever necessary.
  • To manage the stakeholders by communicating both in English and Vietnamese;
  • To observe and strictly comply with all requirements/measures to prevent money laundering and to combat the financing of terrorism, or other related measures as stipulated by relevant laws, regulations, office’s rules, notices, circulars and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, etc…
  • More than 8 years transaction banking experience (Cash and Trade), experiences in cash management marketing, implementation and development are preferable. Working experience with MNC is highly preferable.
  • Good understanding of local regulations related to banking operations & banking products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
  • Customer oriented, resourceful and good business sense in identifying and developing business opportunities.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Good command in English.
