RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assistant in managing and operating business activities at member companies, supporting and coordinating business groups, and between business groups and other departments to complete or exceed company goals work:
- Follow the direction of the Director to communications to communicate plans, tasks, and Company policies on trade, monitor progress, periodically report, propose solutions, and ensure that the Director’s decisions are informed and take it seriously
- Coordinate with sales management and business analysis departments to motivate teams to achieve commercial goals to achieve and exceed company goals.
- Censoring the content of Annual Forecasts, supporting the work of building annual Objectives of employees of business branches and company goals.
- Supervise and assign work according to the Director’s direction to assigned groups. Plan, arrange meeting schedules and proactively organize regular and extraordinary meetings of business groups.
- Receive, analyze, process or coordinate issues related to business groups, and respond to processing information to the group or other departments in the company when required.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare company business reports periodically and upon request. Make detailed plans for the Director’s commercial activities. Store scientifically, reasonably, and securely the Company’s records, documents, and information.
2. Business relations and trade development:
- Guidance on implementing, reviewing and summarizing business strategy reports made by groups, including Business Development Plan, Business Plan, Summary Forecast,…, along with a periodic reporting system for suppliers, including including
- Monthly/ Quarterly/ Semesterly Report, PMR project development report, Market Survey,…
- Submit reports to the Commercial Director, Commercial Director, and Director according to the order of management responsibilities.
- Commercial representative to work with partners within the scope of responsibility and authority when the Director is away. Prepare necessary documents when the Director has business trips.
- Participate in organizing & Welcome suppliers, customers, and partners to contact and work at the company. Coordinate and promote relevant departments in preparing according to procedures.
- Support the Director in managing industry presentations (responsibilities of CDs, BMs, IRIBDs). Periodically, as assigned by the Director, censor sales documents of business groups.
3. Train employees:
- Supervise general guidance on job knowledge and skills for employees of business groups. Supervise and require business teams to report on all commercial work processes including: Weekly Plan, MAR, PMR, Forecast, Market Survey, Monthly Report,…
- Monitor the effectiveness of training/coaching programs related to employees of business branches. Participate in evaluation, reward, and discipline when authorized by the Director.
- Supervise the termination handover work of the business group to be completed as required.
4. Others:
- At the request of the Director, participate in recruiting personnel for business branches as well as building and maintaining good relationships with universities.
- Other tasks are reasonably assigned by the Director.
