RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize the collection, recording, updating, and synthesis of accounting for economic transactions arising from all business activities of the unit, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law and regulations of the company;
• Report the Branch’s accounts to the Head Office’s Financial Accounting Department to report to the State Securities Commission;
• Set up complete and timely reports on tax, accounting, statistics, and administration according to the regulations of the state and the company;
• Organize and inspect the implementation of archiving and preserving books and accounting documents in a correct, complete, neat and orderly manner;
• Manage the inventory of fixed assets, tools and equipment; Manage and supervise the implementation of savings, safety, and efficiency of the company’s assets and resources;
• Manage and supervise business operating costs, inspect the implementation of the unit’s financial plan;
• Check attendance, manage the support of Branch personnel in providing complete and timely Human Resources procedures when they arise;
• Check the preparation, provision and support of stationery, office supplies, fresh flowers – flower baskets, fruits, and other needs when they arise to serve Branch operations;
• Supervise the management of information technology and office equipment; fixed assets and tools; Plan maintenance and propose upgrade and replacement options according to the development requirements of the Branch;
• Check, detect & report errors to promptly supplement, adjust, complete & find solutions to minimize risks.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Accounting – Auditing/Finance;
• Priority given to those with 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Ability to lead and manage;
• Proficient in Excel, Words, etc.
• Honest, diligent, confidential, responsible.
