RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and implement business plans and strategies:
- Make a work plan (plan to organize promotional activities, technical consulting and commercial development) for the group’s week, month and quarter based on the approved and implemented business plan and strategy implemented to achieve and exceed sales goals, aiming for excellent performance.
- Manage, organize, assign and implement the group’s business plans and activities, including promotion, technical consulting, sales and commercial development of the sales team according to goals the company’s work, plans and business strategies.
- Advise and propose sales and customer care policies for the team, including policies on prices, debt and discounts for customers within the scope of responsibility, to submit to the BM and CEO for approval and implementation. according to approved policy.
- Organize the reception of customer complaints about supply and quality of goods. Coordinate with relevant Departments to resolve complaints and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Manage, build, draft, and store all product technical documents and sales tools (brochures, saleskits, letters, documents/presentations introducing products, technology solutions, product development ideas, TDS, MSDS, raw material samples, finished product samples, etc), project records, customers, suppliers related to the field of responsibility and assigned employees.
- Guide, review and complete business reports and work reports, including Market Survey, TB, Rolling Forecast, Sales Forecast, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Business Review, PMR, WAR, Weekly Plan, etc to Submit and report to BM, CEO and suppliers according to the company’s working procedures and regulations.
2. Inventory management & debt:
- Manage inventory, prepare, review and send forecasts for import and storage of goods to submit to BM for approval according to regulations (monthly or when unplanned demand arises) to ensure timely supply of goods. timely and stable for customers. Do not let goods move slowly, exceed ½ of their expiration date or expire. Coordinate with other business groups in the company to resolve inventory when required.
- Manage and collect customer debt according to the company’s sales policy and debt management regulations.
3. Business & market development:
- Organize and carry out regular and continuous customer care activities to maintain and strengthen existing business relationships and develop new projects.
- Organize the search, build and establish business relationships with new and potential customers in the field of responsibility through proactive outreach, product introduction, technical consulting, formulas and new idea.
- Organize & Welcome suppliers, customers, and partners to contact and work at the company. Prepare content and work programs according to work procedures and company regulations. Actively participate in the organization of supplier technical seminars according to the process.
- Organize the collection and analysis of industry/field information in charge and market needs according to a monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting system to advise BM on orientation, market positioning, and product positioning to satisfy market demand.
- Coordinate with BM to evaluate the effectiveness of current products/suppliers, thereby analyzing and proposing plans to search and develop new products/suppliers according to the development plan and strategy. company’s business, in order to improve the company’s supply capacity and position in the market.
4. Building, training and developing employees:
- Coordinate with BM to build and implement training, coaching, evaluation and development programs for employees according to the business plans and strategies of the Department and the Company.
- Coordinate with BM to develop plans for recruitment, staffing and capacity development of employees according to the development strategy of the Department and the Company.
5. Other tasks:
- Report and get approval for important business decisions from BM.
- Seek, build and strengthen good relationships and ensure high cooperation with government agencies, media agencies, universities and research institutions to enhance the image and company position.
- Other tasks are reasonably assigned by direct superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacist, Chemicals, Biotech or Trading, Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- English communication (TOEIC 600+)
- Good computer and presentation skills.
