RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Manager in synthesizing and developing quarterly and annual budget plans and building financial models.
• Monitor the budget implementation of the entire Company. Provide assessments on plan implementation results; forecast, analyze the ability to complete the plan and make suggestions and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze the Company’s business operations from time to time; Statistics, tracking, calculation, and analysis of internal financial indicators.
• Monitor analytical reports, periodic reports, and propose solutions for changes affecting the Company’s operations.
• Advise the Board of Directors to optimize parameters, aiming for higher standards and international practices.
• Carry out management reports and analysis reports as requested by competent authorities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Finance, Banking.
• Have minimum experience of 03-05 years or more in Finance positions at Auditing Companies, Financial Companies or Banks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• Understanding of accounting, finance, banking operations, and regulations related to banking activities.
• Experienced in building financial models.
• Ability to manage 1-2 employees and independent work handling skills.
