RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make recruitment plans according to the requirements of the company and departments/units.
  – Receive proposals from directors and departments, divisions, and units.
  – Verify recruitment needs (quantity, quality, job position, salary, etc.).
  – Make recruitment plans based on actual situations and proposals.
• Organize recruitment according to approved programs. Implement and monitor the probationary process of employees.
  – Post recruitment for candidates through recruitment channels, websites and job groups on social networking sites, … connect with recruitment specialists.
  – Receive candidate applications.
  – Schedule candidates to come for interviews in person.
  – Provide instructions on procedures and documents.
  – Clearly disseminate regulations, rules and work to candidates.
  – Arrange candidates for positions with desired needs.
  – Monitor and evaluate the work process.
• Work with commanders/team leaders on staff issues.
• Report on the actual recruitment situation as required by superiors.
• Store candidate information files.
• Support the human resources department with related tasks.
• Perform tasks as required by the board of directors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recruitment experience: Sales, General labor, security workers from 30-50 employees/month.
• Experience in building & managing teams of 3-4 employees.
