RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and program the audit, report to the Audit Director for review and approval.
• Directly participate in and manage the audit team’s audits in accordance with the Company’s auditing standards and audit programs.
• Review the working papers of the audit assistants directly participating in the audit and ensure that the working papers comply with the Company’s auditing standards and audit programs.
• Summarize the audit results, prepare a draft audit report and submit it to the Audit Director for review; at the same time, explain the audit evidence to the Audit Director in charge of review.
• Hold a summary meeting with the audited client’s leadership. Prepare a summary of the results and send it to the Audit Director for submission to the Quality Review Board.
• Monitor and report on the implementation of post-audit recommendations, when necessary.
• Guide and train the audit assistants directly participating in the audit to properly implement the auditing standards and audit programs.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in accounting, auditing, finance.
• At least 2 years of experience, priority given to candidates who have worked at reputable auditing companies.
• Ability to manage, assign and manage audit teams, control audit quality.
• Ability to communicate and persuade customers.
• Mastery of legal documents on accounting, auditing, finance, tax.
• Priority given to candidates with communication skills and other foreign languages ​​is an advantage.
• Priority given to candidates with the ability to develop customers and commit to working long-term with the Company.
