RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Dev team: Manage, coordinate, train.
  • Work with customers in the tax and finance sector to understand business requirements.
  • Analyze and understand tax and finance business processes, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Design systems, build software architecture to ensure business, performance, security and scalability.
  • Coordinate with development teams to build and deploy technical solutions.
  • Participate in selecting appropriate technologies and tools for the project.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the field of information technology, especially financial and tax systems.
  • Deep understanding of tax and financial processes and operations.
  • Experience in system design and software architecture development.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Experience working with technologies: Apache Cassandra, Apache Solr, Apache Spark
  • Ability to communicate well and work with customers to grasp requirements and advise solutions
  • Ability to manage teams, organize and assign work effectively.
  • Candidates with experience in building and deploying large systems with high scalability and performance.
  • Experience working with distributed systems and processing large data.
  • Ability to plan projects and manage work progress.
