RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the admission consulting team and be responsible for the Sales of the team you are in charge of.
- Train and coach team members to achieve assigned enrollment goals.
- Organize search, consulting and direct care for customers.
- Customer care before, during and after the course.
- Respond to customer feedback.
- Other administrative tasks requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University/College.
- Ability to communicate and persuade customers in person and over the phone.
- Experience in consulting and customer service is an advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- English is an advantage.
