RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive human resource needs from departments in the company and make monthly and annual recruitment plans.
• Develop recruitment content, screen CVs, pre-qualify, arrange interview schedules with relevant departments and the Director.
• Build a recruitment network and hunt candidates according to the company’s requirements.
• Build and promote cooperative relationships with recruitment partners.
• Organize planning, build, and manage internal and external candidate data systems, ensuring that the Company always has a diverse, high-quality source of candidates, promptly and effectively meeting human resource supply needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, Law.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment.
• At least 2 years of experience in the position of Team Leader/Recruitment Manager.
• Experience working at credit finance companies, banks.
• Good English.
